Come get cozy! In this class you'll sip on a boozy basil-infused Lemon Drop martini while whipping up a comfort food classic. These stuffed peppers are loaded with a (grain-free!) veggie-heavy filling and topped with a bubbling blanket of mozzarella and Parmesan. The recipe serves 4-6, but leftovers are something to get excited about, and plenty of creative leftover makeovers will be provided for those cooking for 1 or 2! *This class is gluten-free. Easily adapted to be dairy-free and/or plant-based. This is February's community class! 100% of proceeds will be split between Austin Mutual Aid, PMG Mutual Aid, and Feed The People Dallas to help those in need in Texas.
