In this class you'll learn how to make delicious and nutritious veggie-packed enchiladas with either chicken or black beans while practicing your knife skills and picking up plenty of cooking tips to improve your day-to-day cooking experience. This class is targeted to those who can't make evening classes, so we will be prepping the enchiladas fully to be baked later in the day. For those joining from across the pond or watching the class on demand, we will still be making a cocktail--a sweet and spicy Clementine Jalapeño Margarita to be exact--but we'll be doing it at the end of class, so that anyone who is short on time can leave once their enchiladas are prepped. *This class can easily be made gluten- and dairy-free.
