We're talking sweating leeks, shallots, and potatoes and then whirring it all together (without cream!) for a satisfying dish. WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR: Everyone! We'll show you everything from how to peel and cut the ingredients and give you tips for twists and variations on the recipe. DIET: This class is vegan and can be modified to be gluten free.
