In this class, you will learn how to make my favorite salmon dish, Pesto Crusted Salmon. This pesto crusted salmon is delicious, moist, creamy and quite simple! It can even be used over fish or poultry. I will show you how to make the most affordable and delicious pesto sauce (with the option to be vegan). I will teach you how to get crispy crust on your salmon simply in the oven! We will also make the easiest flavorful green beans and a delicious arugula salad. We will also make a seasonal and bright strawberry gin & tonic that you can sip while the whole dish comes together!
