THE MENU *Lillet Lemonade Cocktail *Lemon-Basil Chicken with Artichokes *Creamy Polenta We'll kick off class with a gin-spiked fresh lemonade with a touch of Lillet Blanc then go right into a seasonal one-pot chicken dish made with jarred artichokes (but we'll show you how to do it with fresh ones too), lemons, and basil and as well as a silky pot of creamy polenta.
