Well, in this class we're making two Thai-inspired dishes -- a noodle dish that's a more weeknight-friendly take on pad thai as well as a garlicky asparagus side. Oh, and to balance it all out, we're making a coconut-kiwi drink that's as good without alcohol as it is spiked! MENU *Coconut Kiwi Mint Frappe (non-alcoholic) *Soy and 5-Spice Marinated Tofu Pad Thai *Stir-Fried Ginger Asparagus In this class you'll learn how to make a flavor-packed Pad Thai with a simple citrus sauce, crunchy vegetables, chewy rice noodles–and the star—thick chunks of delicious marinated tofu plus a non-alcoholic and totally refreshing frothy drink, plus super quick stir-fried ginger asparagus!
