September is one of the busiest months of the year! Meal prep makes it way easier. Start the week on a delicious note and set yourself up for a well-fed week ahead with Abigail and Erica. Say goodbye to Sunday scaries and say hello to late summer produce and the start of fall. For breakfast, we’ll make an apple crumble (add ice cream to make it dessert). This class has three mains: a slow cooked tomato sauce with your favorite pasta, a sausage and pepper sheet pan meal, and a no cook quinoa bowl with corn and tahini green goddess dressing. We’ll also make a lemon salad dressing for easy salads all week. This isn’t a bland meal prep, everything is flavorful and fun, with vegetarian and gluten free options. Your ticket includes a recipe packet and grocery list, meal prep remix ideas, plus on demand access to the class recording.
