We are so excited to finally let you in on a BIG secret: Kate has a new cookbook coming this fall and we're giving you a sneak peek at one of the recipes! MENU: * Grapefruit Cilantro Spanish Gin Tonic * Mexican Caprese Salad * Creamy Mexican Street Corn Linguine with Durito Crumble (from Kate's new cookbook Plant Powered Mexican) In this class you'll learn how to make a creamy linguine pasta from Kate's new cookbook inspired by everyone's favorite Mexican street corn with fresh sweet corn, Mexican crema, and Cotija cheese. We'll round out the meal with an easy Mexican take on Caprese salad all while sipping on Grapefruit Cilantro Spanish Gin Tonics. NOTE: We will be making everything from start to finish in class but if you plan on cooking along please have the Grapefruit-Cilantro syrup ready and chilled. WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR: Everyone! There's no need to prep anything in advance (except the syrup), just gather your ingredients. As always there will be lots of tips and tricks, and variations on the recipes and we'll be sure to answer all your questions. We will also incorporate lots of knife skills and more ways to make you better more confident cooks! DIET: This class is plant-based.
