In this class, you'll learn how to brine and grill perfectly juicy pork chops and make a crunchy, tangy cucumber salad with shaved carrots and red onion and a grain of your choice. All while sipping on a spicy Strawberry Spritz cocktail (or mocktail)! You'll practice a few fun knife skills and pick up plenty of general tips and tricks to improve your day-to-day cooking! *This class is dairy-free and easily adapted to be gluten-free. *If you don't eat pork, you can sub chicken or steak. *Those without an outdoor grill can use a grill pan or cast iron skillet for the pork chops.
