For the fourth year running, we're bringing back our most popular workshop of the year: tamales. It's always a good time for tamales but the fall and winter holidays are when we love them most! This year we'll be sharing all the steps for you to make a tamal from scratch from how to soak the corn husks to steaming and everything in between including a sweet elote (corn) tamal that we love for dessert.

Where is class?

Classes are hosted on Zoom. You can join from your computer, tablet or phone.

Do I have to talk?

No! You can talk as much as you'd like or not at all.

Can I turn my camera off?

Of course - while it's usually more fun to have your camera on you are more than welcome to keep it off.
