Join me for a taste of Moroccan cuisine. I had the good fortune of travelling around Morocco on a food tour a few years ago and fell in love with the Moroccan culture and flavours. It's a region steeped in culture, and a rich culinary diversity with influences from Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In this LIVE virtual class, I will demonstrate how to make the authentic Moroccan spice blend 'Ras-El-Hanout', the foundation for a good tagine. I will also make a delicious couscous salad and the traditional Khobz bread to soak up the delicious aromatic sauce from the tagine.
