In this class, you'll learn how to make a comforting coconut red curry loaded with seasonal vegetables and vermicelli noodles while sipping on a truly delightful tropical martini! As always, you'll practice a variety of knife skills and pick up plenty of general cooking tips and tricks. *This class is easily adapted to be gluten-free. I know there is shrimp in the class photo, but this recipe is, in fact, plant-based. I just haven't had a chance to photograph this particular curry yet. ;)
