We're almost through 2020, and we're celebrating with a (deceptively) fancy meal! In this class, you'll shake up a fresh and festive vodka (or tequila) cocktail and learn how to make perfectly seared scallops over a fresh and versatile couscous salad. As always, you'll practice some knife skills and foundational cooking techniques to improve your day-to-day culinary skills. *This recipe is dairy-free. A gluten-free option is also provided. If you are vegetarian/vegan, Feel free to come to class and make the couscous and cocktails! (Searing the scallops will only take about 5 minutes and is a small part of the class.)
