Invite me into your kitchen as I show you how to prepare the dough to make delicious, thin-crust brick-oven pizza and buttery Indian naan from scratch! When you register, I'll provide you a shopping list and the recipe, so you can be ready to cook alongside me. Alternatively, you don't have to make the dishes with me at the same time if not convenient for you. You are more than welcome to join the class, the discussion, and take notes. Then, you can use my shopping list and recipes to make the dishes later at your convenience. I'm always around on FB to help answer quick questions regarding a class you've taken with me. --- Equipment needed --- + kitchen aid or equivalent mixer with dough hook attachment + digital scale (ideal, not needed) + Oven + pizza stone + pastry brush + rolling pin --- About My Classes --- I'm an executive chef, formally trained, graduated top of my culinary class (Valedictorian). I love sharing my culinary knowledge and love teaching. If you've ever taken one of my in-person classes, you'll know that I'm upbeat, fun, and always leaves people with a few 'golden nuggets' that they can use in their practical life. Due to the pandemic, I've gone virtual and my goal is to give you that same level of experience as if you were with me in person, so I've incorporated 3 different cameras to give you multiple angles and I have a wired mic to ensure you can hear me clearly. As in all my classes, I encourage engaging discussions, I love to talk about the science of food, and ultimately, we have a fun time. I can't wait to see you in class!
