Learn how to make the famous Quebeçois meat pie traditionally served on Christmas Eve all across Canada. You’ll make a delicious savory pastry and a beef and pork meat filling seasoned with just the right spice blend. Then, we’ll put the pie together and you can bake it off for dinner that night, or freeze it for your own special occasion with instructions on how to pop it into your oven right from frozen. You’ll not only learn how to make pastry, but other pie-making and decorating techniques. I’ll also suggest what you should serve with a Tourtière to bring the whole meal together. This is a dinner that will keep you dreaming and reminiscing until you get to have it again next year!
