Katsu curry is a mild Japanese yellow curry mixture served over crispy chicken cutlet with carrots potatoes and all a top a bed of rice. Katu is often a packaged curry sauce but we will be making ours from scratch with herbs and spices. As always we will have a gluten free option for this recipe. If anyone is interested in a vegan version please contact me for the substitutions.
