Join us for a special Wine and Dine event full of food and and excellent drink. In conjunction with WTSO I am brining you a recipe specifically designed to pair with the Ganache. In this live cooking event we will taste the wine and make a perfectly paired meal to accompany it. We will be making an upscale version of Jambalaya. In Jambalaya there are two versions. One uses tomatoes and one does not. In my upscale rendition we marry these two versions by adding a sun dried aioli for brightness and tang. This recipe was developed to be very wine friendly paring. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, and can be made pork free.
