It gets hot in August and finding time to cook during the summer can be a challenge! Start the week on a delicious note and set yourself up for a well-fed week ahead with meal prep with Abigail and Erica. We do not have time for ovens in August. This oven free class is inspired by a taco bar, with mix and match options to enjoy all week. We’ll make taco salad with tofu, chicken, or turkey, cilantro lime rice, jazzed up refried beans, creamy lime dressing, pico de gallo, and more. We’re also making a grapefruit spritzer, (tequila optional) and a summer berry compote to eat with yogurt or slather on toast for breakfast. This isn’t a bland meal prep, everything is flavorful and fun, with vegetarian and gluten free options.
