When I edit my classes I try to keep my videos around 10 mins, but this class was so full of excellent questions from students and technical information that I just couldn't cut it down to only a few minutes. Instead, this should be considered a workshop for cooking several different kinds of fish. It is almost a completely full length of the live class.
