In this class we will be making the ultimate fish sandwich- a blackened fish sandwich with tangy slaw (no mayo!) and spicy aioli. We'll be talking about how to buy, store and cook fish- fear not! After this class, you will feel totally comfortable cooking fish! We'll also be making shoestring fries- one of my all time faaavorite foods! *I highly recommend owning an oil thermometer for this class! You can take it without, but it is super hard to know the temperature of you oil! A link to the inexpensive one I have from Amazon will be provided.
