In our second class of the month of where we are tipping our hats to North Carolina, we are making SHRIMP AND GRITS, Y'ALL! To all of you northerners who may not have had grits, or GOOD grits for that matter- let me tell you, you're in for a treat! We will be making cajun shrimp and grits with andouille sausage, creamy grits and rounding it out with summer vegetables. In this class you will learn how to peel and devein shrimp, a plethora of knife skills, how to make a pan sauce, and of course, how to make a delish shrimp and grits dish.
