For the month of June, we will be tipping our hats to North Carolina, as all of these recipes have been inspired by my time living in the South! We're starting off strong by making one of life's greatest joys- HOMEMADE BREAD! But not just any bread- crispy, salty, thick focaccia. We will be turning the focaccia into my take on a caprese sandwich with crispy prosciutto, homemade pesto, spicy arugula and summer's finest heirloom tomatoes. If you are new to bread baking, this is the PERFECT recipe to start with as it is very beginner friendly! You will receive a link to a video of me walking you through the steps of preparing the focaccia dough. Please note, you will need to make your dough 1 day before the class!
