In this class we will be making a slow roasted salmon which is my FAVORITE way to cook salmon because it 1) keeps your entire house from smelly like fish and 2) is a fool proof way to avoid over-cooking your salmon and 3) is perfect for busy nights when you want to get a delicious dinner on the table without all the fuss! We will also be making a corn and friends vegetable salad using an assortment of all of the ammaaaaazing summer produce that is starting to appear. You will learn how to make a vinaigrette out of whatever you have on hand- a skill every home cook should have in their back pocket. And for our cocktail- we will be making a classic daiquiri (not the sugary, frozen beach drink- the real deal).
