In this class we're taking advantage of all of the season's best produce to create a super fresh and truly mouthwatering salad topped with a salmon filet! You'll practice a variety of knife skills (lots of chopping, slicing, and dicing), perfect your salmon searing, and pick up lots of general fish-cooking tips. *This class is gluten-free and easily adapted to be dairy-free. If you don't eat salmon, I will provide a steak substitution option. Plant-based friends, you can add chickpeas to your salad for protein, or try adding some pan-crisped tempeh.
