We're keeping this short and sweet this week with a simple, but wildly flavorful sheet pan meal. This class will not include a cocktail (feel free to BYOB!) and will move a bit faster than usual to help you get dinner on the table in under an hour! As always, you'll practice your knife skills and pick up plenty of general culinary tips and tricks. *This class is easily adapted to be gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegetarian. If sandwiches aren't your thing, you can serve your sheet pan medley over greens or your favorite whole grain.
